All day long, you take it in the ass. As best as a man can, you allow your boss to rape, brutalize and humiliate you. When you get home all you wanna do is, drink to forget the pain.

You hate your job. And although it provides a good life for you and yours, you never thought "it" would be this ordinary. You were going to play in the Big Leagues. But instead you are color coding files for your wonderful middle aged boss who's trying to recapture what he himself once had by ordering you around.

So you figure you'll get a new "job?" Great. Go hook yourself up with another sales job for a new, yet different and exciting company just up the road.

As it turns out, you are not the only drone that is dissatisfied with trying to find new creative descriptions for your boss' filing system...many of your co-workers including yes, your middle aged boss are also turning in their applications to the new, yet different and exciting company...just up the road.

It becomes the same thing all over again. Remember, you can dress a monkey in a silk suit, he's still a monkey.

Unless you are changing industry, unless you despise your boss, why change jobs? Keep in mind that for the most part, we all wish we could be somewhere else. We all wish we could have our own company, hire our boss' just to fire them. But until you grow the balls to do it, stop crying.

It's slim pickings out there. A good income is hard to come by. Employers know this, which is why some of them treat you the way they do. They're miserable, so they take it out on you so you can take it out at the clerk who messed up your delivery. What a giving world we live in.

Most of us spend 70% of our time working and trying to get by. If you don't enjoy what you're doing, you're fucked. Work hard for the life you want. If you're failing out of school, learn to take it in the ass.
