Breaking up is never easy but when it happens, pick up your tale and don't look back. Like a band-aid, you must rip it off quickly.

For some reason we want the one's we can't have... so, we make fools of ourselves trying to "win them over" we leave notes, buy flowers and call them 100 times a day. None of this will work if she doesn't want you. So stop.

But you keep it up, you wear her down and she decides to go out with you... After a few dates, she decides that she was right in the first place and now wants nothing to do with you. She dumps you with, "Let's just be friends."

Don't fool yourself, she's just letting you down gently. She knows she has to see you everyday at school or in the office so she's trying to make the best of an awkward situation. So help her out by not being a tool - bow out gracefully.

Don't let it linger, like the last few hairs clinging to a week old Band-Aid. Rip it off quickly - the pain will be over soon.
