hey man, im 16, and i work with this hottie who is like 19 at a grocery store, iv talked to her twice, once after work outside and once during my break, neither conversations went too far, but they weren't pointless either, she was somewhat receptive, both times i ended the conversation (getting into car, leaving break room etc) im not taking this too seriously, but think i can smooth things over and maybe, just maybe if the universe aligns, i can get her?

Confidence is good, soon you'll be older and bitter, so keep your hopes high.  The truth is it's going to be pretty tough to get into her pants.  Not impossible, just tough.  She's just come out of her 'teen' years so she's now probably looking for a guy in his mid 20's, with a car, maybe his own place etc.  So that said, your best bet is to not remind her of a 16 year old. 

By nature guys are more immature than girls, that coupled with the fact you are 3 years younger than her makes for a pretty big hill to climb. 

What I can see happening is a quick fling in the storage or break room or whatever.  The naughty in her will be attracted to doing something like that.  I don't really think it would happen in other situation.  But if you've read the site... I'm pretty much hit and miss...who am I kidding, it's pretty much all miss. 

If you ever get around to any kind of situation where do you feel more comfortable with talking to her and wanna bring it up a notch, then plant the seed in her head.  "Hey, ever 'do it' at work before?"  But you have to make sure you don't ask like a 45 year old balding store supervisor.  Ask her like the stud that you want to be.  Ask with confidence and a grin.
