You've dated this girl for a year, maybe even two...but for whatever reason, you split up and now you're back in the game trying to find your next match.  It's not the first time you've been dumped so you know the drill...you mope around for a week or so then you hit the scene hoping to find the next Mrs.right.

You meet a few girls, share a few laughs but you soon find that 'they' are just not as cool as your ex.  So, now you find yourself comparing all the new girls to a girl you dated for a year or two then dumped your ass.  You get depressed.  you wonder if you'll ever find someone as cool as the girl who broke your heart...  Then you realize, YOU WON'T!!

Chicks, and regular people for that matter, are like snow flakes.  You'll never find two people exactly the same.  One girl may have made you laugh like no other, one girl may have treated you like no other... each relationship will be different. There's no use in trying to compare what you have now with what you had in the past.  It's not fair to you, and certainly not fair to her. We all come with our own wonderful and unique characteristics, but if you keep thinking about what you had, you'll lose what you have. 

You need to 'forget' about your past relationship(s) and concentrate on the one you are currently in or you'll soon find yourself back where it all began...
