I like this guy from work and I don't know how we can hang out. We sometimes talk and smile at each other. I heard he got an ex and would like to get her back but he won't do any move to get her back. I suspect that he can't get over with this girl but I would like to be his girl. Don't know what to do. He melts my heart.

They're all you've got. He's not ready. If you just wanna bang and don't mind that you are simply a distraction for him, then go for it. If you're still stuck on being with him in a real way, the thing that is in your control is to first take care off you. Work out, eat well, dress well to work and know that you are absolutely worth him. If you take care of you, the dudes will come. DO NOT make a move.

I repeat DO NOT MAKE A MOVE. Just take care of you and trust that that is enough. If and when he's ready, he'll see how awesome you are. And if he doesn't- kill his ex then be the shoulder for him to cry on and take advantage of his vulnerability.
