Awww. I read your question and totally felt for you. This guy is a tampon. If he doesn't want a girlfriend, why is he leading you on? What a loser. If he wants something casual, and you're okay with that, then cool. But since he told you he doesn't want a girlfriend, you have your answer. I'm sure he likes you. That's not really the issue.
