My first response to your question was If you have to ask people on a web site what is the pain like when you have sex for the first time, you’re not ready for sex. However, I’m sure it took a lot of courage on your part to contact us so here goes my advice:

What made you decide that you’re ready for sex? Then ask yourself the following questions. If you answer NO to any of them, you are NOT ready for sex so stop reading this after the last question and I’ll just answer you right now. The actual pain of sex will not even compare to the pain of a broken heart you will have when you are truly not ready for what comes after the sex.

-Are you over 18?

-Is this SOLELY your decision with no outside influences?

-Are you in a long term, committed relationship that you’re ready for a deeper level of intimacy?

-Can you buy condoms without feeling embarrassed?

-Are you comfortable with your own body to let him see you naked with the lights on?

If you answered yes to all of the above questions then the actual pain of sex really isn’t painful at all if he’s a gentle lover. The whole blood issue… well let’s just say you see more blood during that time of the month then you will for your first time. Sex will get better the more you have it so don’t expect to have mind-blowing orgasms for a little while… learn to love your body and be comfortable in your own skin because if you aren’t you will never be able to let go of your insecurities to have orgasms.

Please believe me when I tell you I had sex before I was ready and as a result of this action taken at a very young age this is the only regret I have to this day.
